Qualifications
- A doctoral degree is desirable; a Master’s degree with relevant experience will be considered.
- At least five years of teaching experience in higher education.
- At least three years experience in a managerial position, preferably in higher education.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by the ability to influence, persuade, and inspire stakeholders to act on strategic academic matters.
- Proficient in computer skills and instructional technology.
The position holder reports directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
