The ICT officer will be responsible for managing ICT equipment, handling telecommunication related requests, addressing daily ICT inquiries, and supporting the ICT unit in delivering high quality services and systems to meet the office requirements. Moreover, The ICT Officer will support the ICT unit in developing ICT tools, procedures, user manuals, and training materials.
